What fruit do you dry?

Mango, banana, pineapple, tomato and papaya

Where can I get your product?

You can find our products with a private label at a variety of retail stores, including Trader Joes, Whole Foods and other food stores. Our products are also sold in bulk at retail stores.

Do you sell to the public?

Although we are mainly a wholesale business, we will sell to the public with a minimum order of 20 pounds or more.

How do you ship your product?

On small orders, we ship by UPS or USPS.  For wholesale orders, we can either arrange the shipping or the customer may make the arrangements.  All shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Do you do special orders and private label packaging?

Yes, special cuts and sizes, and private label packaging are available.  Contact our office for further details.

What sizes and shapes does your fruit come in?

Generally, most of our fruit is in slices or diced pieces.  However, we do offer our banana as whole fruit.

Which of your products are certified organic?

We produce certified organic mango and banana.  We are certified organic through CCOF (California Certified Organic Farmers), one of the pioneering organic certification agencies in the US.

Do you use GMO’s?

No, absolutely none of our fruits are from GMO varieties.

Are your products Kosher certified?

Yes, all of our products are Kosher certified through Ka-Kosher.

Are your products considered “raw”?

Yes, the pulp temperature never exceeds 95 degrees Fahrenheit.

What temperature is used to dry your fruit?

The ideal temperature is 125 degrees Fahrenheit, although, because of evaporative cooling, the pulp temperature is less, so the product is actually raw.
